When I started this firm, I wanted to do things differently – my distinctive approach was to focus on one simple idea: putting people first. This meant building a smaller boutique firm with a genuine commitment to service; where clients enjoy an open, collaborative relationship and end users benefit from our technical expertise and smart solutions. Together, we design buildings that make a positive difference in the way people work and live.
We have continued to evolve since 2012, increasing our resources, building a fantastic team and embracing new ideas and technology. Although the challenges we face today can be more complex and more demanding – people remain the foundation of everything we do.
