Vert-X has been involved with weathertightness remediation work on a number of education projects. Freyberg High School in Palmerston North is an example where Vert-X has worked closely with the builders, architects, weathertightness remediation specialists and project managers to inspect, assess and remediate structural elements. A key aspect of the brief is to put things back better than they were originally and to take a pragmatic approach to the work being done. Vert-X work on a variety of projects of this nature around the lower North Island is ongoing.
